This version is an update of the January 2014 edition. It incorporates the comments provided by the administration following the carriers’ submission in September 2014 of the first five-year reviews of the hazard studies, as well as regulatory changes that have occurred since the last version.

This guide applies immediately upon approval for new pipelines and at the five-year inspection for existing pipelines.
