Established in Gabon since 2002 through its subsidiary Hydro Gabon, the Hydrokarst Group—an expert in professional diving, rope access, and confined space operations—expanded its activities in 2009 with the creation of a branch dedicated to training and safety.

In 2013, this entity became a wholly owned subsidiary under the name HOGT (Hydro Oil & Gas Training). Then, in January 2016, HOGT merged with Hydro Gabon to form Hydrokarst Gabon, while retaining the HOGT trade name for its training activities in order to preserve its identity and specialization in industrial safety.

Today, Hydrokarst Gabon / HOGT positions itself as a major player serving the general, oil, gas, oil-related, and maritime industries, offering technical and practical training on platforms specifically designed to meet local needs in safety and professional skills.
