First trial of fluoride-free toothpaste successfully completed!

The extraordinary dimensions of our new 50-meter-by-6-meter test tank allow us to study how new foams behave over long distances, with or without obstacles, in order to simulate various tank and pool fire scenarios.

During these two weeks of testing, we had the opportunity to test several combinations featuring suction-equipped pourers, suction-equipped monitors, CAF monitors, and CAF pourers, as well as a test with a non-suction monitor and a new “Hybrid” monitor.

A big thank you to the Lastfire team for helping us organize this event!

Thank you to the foam suppliers for their participation; the results are currently being processed.

Anyone wishing to learn more about the testing protocols and results of this joint LASTFIRE/GESIP effort should contact gesip-technique@gesip.com

A big thank you to the Gesip teams for their organization and the exceptional work they did over these two weeks!

We’ll see you again at the end of next year for a new campaign.

In the meantime, here are a few photos from the test runs
