Real-world industrial fire training using Gesip’s facilities

Gesip’s industrial fire training courses are designed to teach effective and safe response methods for bringing a fire under control. These courses go far beyond the theoretical learning of prerequisite knowledge about the different types of fires and the protocols to follow when a fire breaks out. They prepare teams so that they are able to respond safely to an industrial fire.

Industrial fire training is conducted at Gesip’s two technical training facilities. Located in Vernon, in the Eure department, and in Roussillon, in the Isère department, these facilities enable us to offer training conducted under real-world conditions and in dynamic scenarios. In fact, the training facilities are equipped with various full-scale training units to conduct a wide range of workshops within infrastructures that replicate an industrial environment. Gesip also has a 4D dynamic simulator.

These high-quality training programs enable companies to train all their employees in responding to large-scale static and dynamic fires, operating in smoke-filled environments, conducting drills with the appropriate equipment (water hoses, foam nozzles, fire extinguishers, etc.), and practicing crisis management in accordance with very specific response and communication protocols.

Training programs tailored to the needs of businesses

Gesip offers customized training programs designed to address the specific security challenges faced by individual members or companies. The organization enables its members to benefit from the full range of technical expertise and hands-on experience of Gesip’s experts, while receiving training either at their own facilities or using their own equipment at Gesip’s training facilities.

These training courses can be conducted in either French or English. Gesip can also provide services for establishing training centers and developing trainer certifications in the field of fire, hazardous materials, and explosion risk management.
