This guide applies to sites and facilities subject to the legislation governing classified facilities for environmental protection (ICPE) (Title I of Book V of the Environmental Code), and more specifically to facilities requiring a permit for which the operator is required to establish an Internal Emergency Plan (POI) in the event of an incident.
