ANIMATION OF TECHNICAL COMMITTEES

Gesip is constantly piloting working groups between manufacturers to improve safety and monitor regulatory changes.

These technical committees result in the publication of a guide or a note reflecting the common position of the participants, some of which are taken up by the Administration.

QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL TECHNICAL MEETINGS

In its role as an interface for the safety of the industrial world, Gesip leads a community of industrial companies sharing the same concerns regarding risk management.

They bring together more than fifty specialists for fruitful formal and informal exchanges, and bring together French and foreign participants from a wide variety of sectors.

One of these meetings is specific to transmission pipelines and is organized with the Administration.

Four technical meetings per year are organized for Gesip members, covering the following topics

  • The sharing of experience and best practices, widely open to the international community,
  • Technical and methodological advances,
  • The progress of the work of the commissions and working groups,
  • Regulatory developments,
  • New training proposals and pedagogical techniques,
  • Innovations in industrial security.
