Frédéric Pavard comes from the refining and petrochemical industry. He has developed extensive expertise in operations and EHS after having been an industrial manager and then a refinery manager. He is currently deputy director of Total’s HSE & Major Risks division and chairman of Gesip.
Hélène Moumrikoff specialises in the oil and gas industries. During her career, she worked for Shell in the bitumen and lubricants subsidiaries, then for Butagaz where she was appointed President of the Norgal Group. She has been a member of the Gesip management since 2017.
Thierry Labourel comes from the oil and chemical industry. An engineer by training, he worked for Total in the Research & Process department and as an industrial project manager. He became Gesip’s technical director in 2016.
Xavier Longuet comes from the gas industry. He spent part of his career at Primagaz, where he held several positions until he became Industrial Director, then EHS Director. He joined Gesip in 2018.
Cécile Arcanger has spent part of her career at Gesip. After joining our teams as a technical and administrative assistant, she became administrative and financial director.
Yves Dervieux comes from the Air Force fire brigade. Before joining Gesip as an instructor, he developed his training experience at the Air Force Security Centre. He is currently in charge of the development of our activities and the quality of our training.
Sandra Salcedo has spent part of her career at Gesip. She joined our teams as a training assistant. She is now responsible for customers and training.
While preparing for a diploma in accounting and business management, Kassy Berange joined Gesip as a financial and accounting assistant.
Lucie Labalette has a degree in marketing and strategy and worked in the cosmetics and spirits industry. She joined Gesip in the marketing department.
Nicolas Vacle is a graduate of the Paris fire brigade. He has also worked in industry as head of the intervention service of a production site. For several years, he has been in charge of the technical platform of Gesip in Vernon. He continues to be a volunteer fireman.
Franck Charrière is a graduate of the military fire service. He also worked in the chemical industry as an operator. He has been in charge of Gesip’s technical platform in Roussillon for several years, and continues to be a volunteer fireman.
Valéry Bonte comes from the Paris fire brigade and has also worked in a regional brigade. Before joining Gesip as an instructor, he had already gained training experience with the CNPP. He continues to be a volunteer fireman.
Aurélien Souche comes from a fire brigade career. He recently joined the Gesip instructor teams, and continues to be a volunteer fireman.
Michel Gay is a specialist in EHS and crisis management in industry. He worked for Apave and then Total as EHS manager. Today, he is a trainer and auditor for Gesip.
Benjamin Gay comes from a fire brigade career. He recently joined the Gesip instructor teams, and continues to be a volunteer firefighter.
